David E. De Witt

David De Witt is a founding partner and the Chairman of Pathway Capital Ltd., a venture capital company that has successfully incubated, financed, and grown several resource companies. As Chairman of the board at Sandstorm Gold, David brings decades of invaluable experience. He has been a director and officer at several publicly traded companies, and he practiced corporate, mining, and securities law for 20 years. David graduated with a BComm/LLB from the University of British Columbia.
