Alexandra Kuznetsova

Alexandra Kuznetsova is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Compliance Director at Sandvik since December 2022, Alexandra focuses on promoting a compliance culture and implementing global compliance programs across areas such as anti-bribery and corruption, trade compliance, and data privacy. Prior to Sandvik, Alexandra held the position of Regional Legal, Ethics and Compliance Officer at Getinge, where responsibilities included building a regional trade compliance program and conducting due diligence on third parties. Alexandra has also served in multiple ethics and compliance roles at Telia Company, fostering anti-corruption programs and conducting risk assessments across the Eurasia region. Earlier career experience includes significant legal roles at Kcell JSC and the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, alongside a solid educational foundation with an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster and an LL.B. in International Law from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
