Dennis Vermeulen

Dennis Vermeulen is an experienced HR professional with a robust tenure at Sandvik since June 2007, currently serving as the Head of HR SMS Logistics. In this role, Dennis significantly contributes to the development of business and HR strategies while overseeing operations across five Global Distribution Centers and a head office in Switzerland, managing a workforce of 400 employees. Previous positions include Global HR Business Partner and Country HR Manager for the Benelux region, where Dennis has been instrumental in the implementation of strategic initiatives and HR policies such as the Sustainable Employability Policy. Educational qualifications include a Post HBO degree in Strategic HRM from the Rotterdam School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Personnel & Labor from Inholland University of Applied Sciences. Prior to Sandvik, Dennis worked at Connexxion tackling HR and payroll queries as an Employee HR Service Desk representative.
