Fredrik Finnman

Fredrik Finnman is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as a Board Member for the European Captive Insurance and Reinsurance Association since November 2023. Since September 2017, Finnman has held the position of Vice President of Group Risk Management at Sandvik, a leading global engineering Group. Prior roles include Director and Board Member at the Captive Insurance Companies Association from March 2015 to March 2022, and Co-Founder and Chairman of Tandfén Försäkringar from January 2016 to December 2018. Finnman also served as Group Risk & Insurance Manager and Managing Director of ASSA ABLOY Insurance Ltd at ASSA ABLOY from December 2008 to August 2017, and has held various positions at Hannover Re, Aon, E.ON, and Scania Group. Finnman holds a BSc and MSc in Fire Safety Engineering and Risk Management & Safety Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
