Jason Winn

Jason Winn is a knowledgeable professional in training and competence development, currently serving as the Training & Competence Development Manager at Sandvik since February 2024. With a background in leadership and training from Nevada Gold Mines, where Jason held roles as General Supervisor of Training and Process Trainer from June 2019 to February 2024, Jason also has extensive experience from the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included Education & Training Manager and Aircraft Maintenance Technician from July 1999 to July 2019. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from American Military University, obtained from 2014 to 2019, as well as two Associate's degrees in Aircraft Maintenance Technology and Education & Training Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
