Karishma Patil

Karishma Patil is currently a Global Graduate at Sandvik, having joined in September 2023 as part of a prestigious 15-month program involving three global rotations, offering exposure to various business areas and leadership training. Prior experience includes roles as a Design Strategist at the UIC Institute for Healthcare Delivery Design, and multiple positions at Clemson University, including UX Researcher and Heuristic Evaluator. Karishma also gained UX research experience at Prisma Health and served as an Experience Design Research Intern at Truist. Previous work includes a stint as a Market Research Consultant at Vaco Binary Semantics LLP. Karishma holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (Human Computer Interaction) from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
