Tommi Viitanen

Tommi Viitanen is an experienced leader in IT infrastructure and secure development operations, currently serving as Head of IT Infrastructure and Country Services at Sandvik since August 2023. Previously, Tommi held various significant roles at Digia Plc, including Director of Secure Development and Operations, overseeing a large team and managing P&L responsibilities, as well as Director of Business Development. Tommi's tenure at M-Files included leadership positions in Customer Success and Services across the EMEA region, responsible for substantial revenue and extensive partner management. Tommi's career at Nokia spanned over 15 years, where roles included Director of SW Engineering Solutions and various managerial positions in software development and security technology. Tommi holds an M.Sc. in Telecommunications, Industrial Economics, and Software Systems from Tampere University of Technology.
