Toni Silfverberg is an experienced executive in sales and marketing with a strong background in the automotive and heavy tyre industries. Currently serving as VP of Sales & Marketing for the Surface Drilling Division at Sandvik since August 2021, Toni previously held prominent roles including Chairman of the Board at Snowsus Oy and VP of Marketing & Sales Excellence at Nokian Tyres plc, where responsibilities included leading global marketing and sales in the automotive sector. Toni's expertise also encompasses leadership positions at Vianor Group and Jämerä-kivitalot Oy, alongside a robust educational foundation, including an Executive MBA from Henley Business School and participation in the Sandvik Executive Leadership Program.
