William Mooring has over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing and design engineering fields. Currently serving as a manufacturing engineer at Sandvik since August 1997, William has a solid background in design, having previously worked as a designer at Kennametal from 1983 to 1997. William holds an Associate of Science degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Lenoir Community College, which was completed between 1976 and 1978.
