Zeena Johar's work experience begins in 2005 when they worked as a Customer Service Representative and Quoting Lead for Cisco, leading a team in delivering business quotes for the EMEAR region. Zeena then progressed to the role of Business Analyst, where they trained support teams on business processes and tools. Zeena also trained the sales team on operational processes and hired and trained operations staff. In their next role as a Service Operations Manager, they delivered operational insights and analysis for theater/country/segment commit performance. Zeena also attended sales forecast commit calls and ensured forecast accuracy. Zeena then became a Segment Operations Manager, providing strategic operational leadership for customers, partners, and sales segments, and owning the end-to-end operational performance management. After a brief stint as a Country Operations Manager at Cisco, they moved on to work as a Regional Sales Operations Director at Sandvine. In this role, they were a trusted partner to the Sales Leadership Team, advised on building strategy and plan, coached the sales team on best practices, and managed forecasting and funnel management. Zeena also facilitated the creation and maintenance of account plans, communicated revenue recognition risks, and identified opportunities for acceleration.

Zeena Johar earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of East London, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
