Kathlene Hand has extensive experience in the banking industry, particularly in commercial lending and banking. Kathlene began their career at M&T Bank in 2008 as a V.P. in Business Banking. Kathlene then moved on to The Columbia Bank in 2010, where they served as Vice President in Commercial Banking until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Monument Bank as a Vice President in Commercial Lending. Kathlene then joined Revere Bank in 2016 and held the position of Vice President and Portfolio Lender in Commercial Lending until 2020. Currently, they are working at Sandy Spring Bank as a Vice President and Portfolio Lender II.
Kathlene Hand has a diverse education history. Kathlene first attended Bethlehem Central High School in Delmar, NY from 1972 to 1976. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education at Syracuse University, graduating in 1980. Following their undergraduate studies, Kathlene enrolled at The George Washington University School of Business and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, completing their studies in 1984. Finally, they completed the Maryland Banking School in 2014, earning a Diploma of Graduation with honors.
