Mark Wilson

Mark Wilson serves as the Portfolio Manager Team Leader at Sandy Spring Bank since April 2020, following the merger with Revere Bank. Prior to this role, Mark was the Credit Team Leader and Senior Credit Underwriter at Revere Bank, managing a team of Credit Underwriters and supporting Relationship Managers in commercial real estate and commercial and industrial sectors. Mark has extensive experience from a 17-year tenure at M&T Bank, where roles included Portfolio Manager in Credit Quality Assurance, Lead Credit Review Officer, and Commercial Credit Officer, overseeing credit risk and portfolio management for various lending products. Mark holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a BA in Economics/Finance from Niagara University, where Mark also served as Student Government Treasurer, managing a budget exceeding $160,000.
