Norah Frazier

Norah Frazier currently serves as Vice President and Trust Officer at Sandy Spring Bank, a position held since September 2021, and also took on the role of Compliance Coordinator. Prior to this, Norah Frazier contributed to Neelsville Presbyterian Church from April 2014 to May 2022 as Media Specialist and MOPS Activities and Outreach Coordinator. Additionally, Norah Frazier worked as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration from October 2020 to September 2021. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Rutgers Law School, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Chicago, and attendance as a Visiting Student at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
