Roderick Lancaster

Roderick Lancaster has a diverse work experience starting from 2011. Roderick worked as a Solar Energy Intern at Greenspring Energy in 2011, followed by a role as the Eastern Pennsylvania Activist Training Center Coordinator at PennEnvironment. In 2012, they worked as a Renewable Energy Certificate Program and Inside Sales Intern at Greenspring Energy. Roderick then joined Maryland Financial Bank as a Credit Analyst in 2013 before moving to 1st Mariner Bank as a Credit Analyst II in 2015. From 2016 to 2019, Roderick worked as a Portfolio Manager II Vice President at Sandy Spring Bank. Roderick then took on the role of Portfolio Manager Team Leader, VP - Commercial and Industrial Lending at Sandy Spring Bank from 2019 to 2021, where they managed a team and oversaw a large loan portfolio. Currently, Roderick is employed at Sandy Spring Bank as a Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager, VP.

Roderick Lancaster attended Loyola Blakefield High School from 2005 to 2009, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study during this time. Roderick then pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Saint Joseph's University, graduating in 2013.
