Jeffrey Inman is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Police Sergeant at Sandy Springs Police since July 2006, Jeffrey oversees uniform patrol activities and contributes as a Field Training Officer responsible for training and managing Field Training Officers and recruits. Previously, in roles such as Task Force Officer and Criminal Intelligence Analyst, Jeffrey provided critical geospatial intelligence analysis in support of drug enforcement operations. A former Detective, Jeffrey holds multiple certifications, including Crime Scene Investigator and Shooting Incident Reconstructionist. Prior experience includes positions with Fulton County Police Department and the South Carolina Department of Corrections, along with service in the United States Air Force as a Security Police and Emergency Service Team Leader. Jeffrey pursued higher education at Kennesaw State University, focusing on Criminal Justice and Police Science.

Sandy Springs Police
The Sandy Springs Police Department (SSPD) was created in 2006 and serves the community with 148 sworn officers. Sandy Springs Police Department Operations are coordinated by two districts: North and South. The districts are commanded by the patrol Captain who is supported by Lieutenants. The patrol division is complemented by specialty units including Street Crimes Unit (SCU), Traffic Unit, Special Investigations Unit (SIU), and the Criminal Investigations Division (CID). The SSPD has several specialty vehicles and equipment including the river response boat, Rhino ATV units, river kayaks, and an armored vehicle for tactical response.
