Will Wang

Will (Yu Xin) Wang currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Sanford Burnham Prebys, a position held since November 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine from November 2016 to November 2022 and a PhD Candidate at Ottawa Hospital Research Institute from September 2010 to November 2016. Notable research involves the development of a high-throughput screening platform for skeletal muscle stem cells, collaboration with biotech companies, and leadership in trainee committees. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Cellular Molecular Medicine and a B.Sc. in Biomedical Sciences, both obtained from the University of Ottawa.
