Prior to that, Buel worked as Senior Director of Finance for Medicare at Johns Hopkins HealthCare and as Vice President of Finance at Network Health WI. Buel's career also includes leadership positions at Molina Healthcare Wisconsin, UnitedHealthcare, HealthMarkets, and Amerigroup, as well as a foundational role as Financial Analysis Manager at Health Alliance Medical Plans.
