Kathy Schuler

Kathy Schuler currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Sanford Health, overseeing various surgical and digestive health services, including general and trauma surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and more. Kathy has held multiple vice president roles focusing on orthopedics, neurosurgery, heart and vascular services, and inpatient care throughout an extensive career at Sanford Health since 2006. Prior to that, Kathy was Operating Room Manager at Sioux Falls Surgical Hospital and worked as an Operating Room Circulator and PACU staff nurse at Sanford Health. Kathy began a nursing career as Director of Nursing at White Care Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Sioux Falls and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from South Dakota State University, supplemented by various nursing credentials and military service in the Army National Guard.
