Laura Goldhahn is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as VP of Administration at Sanford Health since October 2017, Laura Goldhahn focuses on operationalizing a new medical center in Fargo and implementing high reliability organizing within the Sanford enterprise. Previously, Laura Goldhahn held the position of VP of Administration at Healthcare Performance Improvement/Press Ganey, leading initiatives to enhance patient safety and significantly reduce patient harm at Benefis Hospitals. As Co-CEO of Flathead Valley Orthopedics, Laura Goldhahn provided strategic and operational leadership for a 13-provider practice. Earlier roles include Hospitals President at Benefis Health System and Chief Operating Officer at Benefis Healthcare. Laura Goldhahn earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from Montana State University-Bozeman.
