David Tracey

David Tracey serves as the Firm Managing Partner at Sanford Heisler Sharp McKnight, LLP, where responsibilities also include Co-Chairing the Public Interest Litigation Practice Group and the Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. With a career that includes roles as Senior Litigation Counsel, Partner, Associate, and Litigation Fellow at the same firm, David's experience includes a previous position as Law Clerk for the Honorable Garland E. Burrell, Jr. at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California. Earlier in the career, David was a Community Organizer at Harlem Children's Zone. Academically, David earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from Yale University.
