Ashlee Brannam

Ashlee Brannam currently works in Talent Acquisition at Sanford Rose Associates International, Inc., Next Level Exchange, and Kaye/Bassman International since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Ashlee served as Managing Director of Operations at Jim Montgomery Swim School from November 2016 to February 2021, where responsibilities included launching a second facility and leading hiring and training processes. Additionally, Ashlee directed operations at Love To Swim School from September 2012 to August 2016, emphasizing exceptional customer service and strategic initiatives. Early experience includes roles as a Swim Coach at Soccer Shots and an intern at The Arc of San Antonio. Ashlee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, obtained in 2015.
