Nerwin Pagulayan has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Nerwin started their career at TCI as a Technical Support Engineer, where they focused on system implementation and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment. Nerwin then joined Philippine Long Distance Company (PLDT) as a Fixed Service Network Quality Assurance Specialist, where they implemented quality assessment programs and ensured conformance to technical network standards.
