Marissa Williams

Marissa Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting and community development. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Sangfroid Strategy since January 2025, Marissa previously held managerial positions at Third Sector, where responsibilities included leading technical assistance engagements and advising on service improvements and data utilization. Marissa's career also includes roles such as Graduate Support Manager at the Neighborhood Leadership Development Program, where leadership events and project grants were managed, and a Fellowship at The George Gund Foundation, providing strategic recommendations for over $5 million in grants. Early in the career, Marissa contributed to community planning as Community Planning Coordinator at Trumbull Neighborhood Partnership and provided college access support as an Advisor with College Now Greater Cleveland. Marissa holds an MSSA in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Sociology from Willamette University.
