Allen Underdown

Allen Underdown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and engineering roles within the telecommunications and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Developer in Professional Services at Sangoma since March 2021, Allen has held various positions within Star2Star Communications, including Professional Services Engineer and Sales Engineer. Prior to that, Allen was the President of Praecom Consulting, which emerged from a merger between Ace Network Services and Spectrum Resources Inc., providing consulting for public safety and municipalities. Allen also held leadership roles at Ace Network Services, Avaya, Cross Telecom Corporation, and others, demonstrating a strong background in pre-sales support, engineering, and customer engagement. Allen holds an AAS in Electronics from St. Louis Community College and graduated from Saint Charles West High School.
