Since the beginning of our work in Colorado we have made it our mission to preserve the dignity of our patients and provide them with a world class level of care. Joni Fair Hospice House, a 10-bed Hospice Care facility Home hospice care throughout a 20,000 square mile region in southern Colorado and with branch offices in Cañon City, La Junta, Pueblo, Trinidad and Walsenburg, Colorado.
