Jessica Tackett, MBA, has a wealth of experience in marketing and communications. Jessica began their career in 2006 as an Account Manager at World Fuel Services, where they used Oracle to enter and monitor customer account information, designed promotional materials, and supported outside Sales Executives. In 2009, they moved on to GGP as a Common Area Coordinator, where they prepared and updated annual marketing and business development budgets, managed social media platforms and website, and developed, planned and executed over 30 marketing events/campaigns per year. In 2012, they joined Sam Houston State University as an Assistant Director for Marketing and Guest Services, where they organized, developed, and managed the Marketing and Guest Services areas, formulated and implemented policies and procedures, and recruited, interviewed, hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated staff. Jessica also held the role of Enrollment Management Marketing Coordinator, where they coordinated marketing and communication projects and managed and updated prospective student databases. In 2016, Jessica moved to Indiana University Kelley School of Business, Kelley Direct Programs, as an Associate Director of Interactive Recruiting, where they managed content marketing and communication projects with a focus on enrollment management for online graduate degrees. In 2017, they were hired as the Marketing and Communications Manager at Aspire Hospital, where they oversaw and managed all marketing efforts and managed the implementation of Salesforce CRM and Trumpia SMS tool. In 2021, Jessica was hired as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Feonix - Mobility Rising, where they reported directly to the CEO, led, mentored and supervised the marketing and communications, creative services, and fundraising teams, and oversaw a growing portfolio of work in donor relations. Most recently, in 2022, they were hired as the Director of Marketing at Sanguina, Inc.
Jessica Tackett holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they obtained in 2021. Jessica also holds an International Marketing degree from Universidad del Valle de México, which they obtained in 2005 after studying Business Administration from 2001 to 2005.
