Tanya Kim Arnold

Tanya Kim Arnold has over 30 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Tanya Kim began their career in 1992 as a Career Resource Coordinator at Westminster College, where they were responsible for office management and career resource librarian duties. In 1996, they moved to Culp Construction Company as the Director of Human Resources, where they were responsible for employee relations, benefits and compensation, disciplinary policies, payroll administration, 401K, and union reporting. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Mitchell International (formerly Cogent Works) as a Human Resources professional, where they were responsible for HR administration of policies and procedures, recruiting, employee relations, and discipline. Most recently, they have been the HR Manager at Sanguina, Inc. since 2022.

Tanya Kim Arnold attended Westminster College from 1989 to 1999, where they studied English Language and Literature and Psychology.
