Eric Trudeau currently serves as the Chief of People, Culture, and Corporate Affairs Office (CHRO) at Sanimax, where tenure began in August 2018, following roles as Senior Vice-President and Vice President of People and Culture. In addition, Eric holds a position as an Advisory Board Member at C.A.T. Inc. and has served on the Board of Directors for Cégep Édouard-Montpetit and the Centre de services scolaire des Patriotes. Eric was also the President of the Board of Directors for ALPA - Accueil Liaison pour Arrivants from October 2018 to September 2022. Prior experience includes Vice President of Human Resources at Groupe Robert and various human resources positions across companies such as General Mills and Komatsu. Eric obtained a Bachelor's degree in career counseling from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 1995 to 1997.
