Anders Søborg Krabbe

Anders Søborg Krabbe's work experience includes positions at Sanistål A/S and Falck. At Sanistål, they first served as a Legal Advisor, providing legal advice and support to colleagues and top management. Anders Søborg also participated in contract negotiations and settlements. Later, they became the Head Of Legal, taking on the responsibility of risk assessment and capitalizing on legal outcomes. At Falck, Anders held the role of Legal Manager, ensuring legal compliance in tenders and contract negotiations, and implementing new legislation. Anders Søborg also provided general advisory to the board of directors and senior stakeholders, and used software to create legal and finance dashboards. In addition, they served as the Country Director for Falck Secure, where they managed the Danish division, focusing on risk management, compliance programs, and the implementation of company values.

Anders Søborg Krabbe attended Aarhus University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Law and economics. Anders Søborg later pursued further education at Aarhus University from 2011 to 2016, earning a degree in Law. In addition, in August 2015, they obtained an Associate Level certification in Contract Management from the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM).
