Anders Søborg Krabbe

Anders Søborg Krabbe has extensive work experience in the legal field. Anders Søborg started their career at Falck in 2011, where they served as a Legal Manager responsible for legal compliance, contract negotiations, and advisory for the board of directors. Anders Søborg also implemented new legislation in the organization and created legal and finance dashboards for top management decisions. After this role, they became the Country Director for Falck Secure, where they led a turnaround effort by managing the Danish division, implementing compliance programs, and applying the company's values. In 2017, they joined Sanistål A/S as a Legal Advisor, providing legal support and advice to colleagues and top management, participating in contract negotiations and settlements, and assisting with risk assessment. In January 2021, they were promoted to Head of Legal at Sanistål A/S.

Anders Søborg Krabbe completed their education in the field of Law and Law and Economics. Anders Søborg attended Aarhus University from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in "cand.merc.jur" (Law and Economics). Anders Søborg further pursued their education at Aarhus University from 2011 to 2016 and earned a degree in "cand. jur" (Law). In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification in Contract Management from the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) in August 2015.
