John Thiel

John Thiel is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in leading engineering and product development teams across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at SaniSure since August 2024, John previously held senior roles at Seed Beauty, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering and technical operations, as well as driving product development initiatives that achieved significant cost savings and high product launch volumes. Prior roles include Vice President of Engineering at Bellwether Coffee, Director of Engineering at Broan-NuTone, and key positions in product development and mechanical engineering at eSolar, Kohler Co., and Mercury Marine. John holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
