Alex Friedl

Alex Friedl has extensive experience in the insurance and healthcare sectors, with a current role as Leiter Leistungen und Kundenberatung and a member of the Geschäftsleitung at Sanitas Krankenversicherung since September 2017. Previous positions include leading customer service operations at Helsana Versicherungen AG, where responsibilities spanned managing a large team and overseeing a substantial customer portfolio. Friedl held various leadership roles focused on service coordination and claims management at Helsana, as well as serving as Niederlassungsleiter at Suva Wetzikon, managing the claims processing for numerous accidents. Academically, Friedl holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Public Health from the University of Zurich and an Executive MBA from Hochschule Luzern, reflecting a solid educational foundation in public health and insurance management.
