Alexandra Stieger-Federer

Alexandra Stieger-Federer currently serves as the Head of Customer Analytics & Data Management at Sanitas Krankenversicherung, focusing on strategic leadership in Data & AI innovations, cloud transformation, and fostering a data-driven culture with an emphasis on business impact. Prior to this role, Stieger-Federer held various positions at SBB Cargo, leading the Operations Research & Analytics center, and at SBB CFF FFS as a Data Scientist, where responsibilities included the development of predictive models and consulting on statistical methods. Stieger-Federer began a career in education as a high school mathematics teacher and also served as a teaching assistant at ETH Zürich. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from ETH Zürich, complemented by studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
