Joe Baxter

Joe Baxter has extensive experience in the water reclamation and sanitation industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sanitation District No. 1 since March 1998. In this role, Joe oversees all aspects of operations and maintenance for the Dry Creek Water Reclamation Facility, manages budgets, and coordinates capital projects. Prior to this, Joe worked as a Custom Fabricator at SkilCraft, creating custom safes and drop boxes. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Thomas More University, as well as an Associate of Applied Science in Environmental studies with a focus on Water & Wastewater from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
