Andrew Hall

Andrew Hall PE is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in wastewater and solid waste services management. Currently serving as Assistant Department Head at the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts since October 2008, Andrew oversees Accounting, Budget, Finance, and Revenue Collection. Previously held roles include Section Head for Budget and Finance, where management of a $600 million annual operating budget and a $2 billion Capital Improvement Plan was essential. Andrew's engineering career includes leadership positions in the Water Reuse Group and Regulatory Reporting Group, achieving significant improvements in project management and regulatory compliance. Andrew also served on the Board of Directors for the Yorba Linda Water District, emphasizing effective financing for capital projects. Andrew holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering from Utah State University.
