Herman Valter is an experienced Information Technology Manager currently employed at Sanitex Eesti since January 2023. Prior to this role, Herman accumulated extensive experience at Skype from June 2008 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing Platform Services infrastructure as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, and serving in multiple engineering roles, including Senior Service Engineer and Service Engineer II. Additionally, as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), Herman focused on creating and managing virtual test infrastructure for automated testing, significantly contributing to the testing strategy for the Skype for Desktop client and Windows Update integration.
