Shiva, also the founder of VTelebyte, has been closely associated with manufacturing enterprises for over a decade. Along with his experience in manufacturing, he has a strong background in information technology, business development and strategic management. He plays a leading role in heading Key Strategic Initiatives at Sanjeev Group.

Shiva has his masters in Computer Science, is certified by IIM, Kozhikode for his Strategic Management Skills and for his Digital Strategies for Business by Columbia Business School, USA.
