Pascal Bwire

Pascal Bwire is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and operations. From December 1998 to December 2005, Pascal served as Head Chef and Restaurant Manager at Sheria SACCO Restaurant, overseeing daily operations, menu planning, and human resource management while reporting to the Board of Directors. Pascal then took on the role of Head Chef at New Rangers Restaurant for a brief period in 2009, focusing on food costing and total quality management. Since January 1998, Pascal has also been the Director of Operations at Classichef Consultancy, specializing in training, consultancy, and recruitment. In July 2010, Pascal began working as a Chef at SANKARA NAIROBI, continuing to leverage culinary skills in a prominent establishment.
