Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Syntel Inc from 2006 to 2012. Additionally, they served as a Board Director at Mission India Foundation in 2009 and held roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems Ltd from 2002 to 2006. Shobha Patil has a diverse education history.
