Finola Quarsingh

Finola Quarsingh has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and public relations. Finola is currently working as the Head of Communications & PR at Sanlam Investments since November 2022. Previously, they held the positions of Head of External Communications and Communications Manager at STANLIB from an unspecified date in 2015 until November 2022. Finola also served as a Director at Brewed Attitude Incorporated from July 2015 to November 2022. Before that, they worked as the Internal Communications Manager at M-Net from November 2014 to July 2015. Finola also gained experience as a Communications Officer and Acting Corporate Affairs Manager at Transnet National Ports Authority from August 2011 to October 2014. Finola started their career as a Public Relations Officer at East Coast Radio, where they worked from December 2007 to July 2011.

Finola Quarsingh has a diverse education history. Finola obtained a BA Honours degree in Culture, Communications, and Media Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2005. In 2014, they completed a Brand and Marketing Management qualification at the Vega School of Brand Leadership. Two years later, in 2016, they earned a Master's degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Prior to that, in 2003, they completed a BA degree in Media and Communications, specializing in Communication and Media Studies at the same university. Additionally, Finola Quarsingh holds a certification as a Charter holder from the Public Relations Institution of South Africa and is recognized as a Marketing Practitioner by MASA (Marketing Practitioner South Africa). Finola also completed a program at Novia One Hedgefund Academy, acquiring knowledge of Financial Markets and Instruments.
