Sanjey Sajiwan, FRM, CAIA, currently serves as a Senior Quantitative Analyst at Sanlam Investments since July 2019. Previously, Sanjey held the position of Senior Murex Consultant - Head of Valuations & Risk at Elenjical Solutions from October 2017 to June 2019 and worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Deloitte South Africa from January 2016 to September 2017, focused on capital markets. Additional experience includes serving as a Quantitative Analyst in Group Treasury Market Risk at FirstRand Bank Ltd from February 2012 to December 2015, and a role as a Quantitative graduate. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in BSc Hons. Advanced Mathematics of Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand, CAIA Charterholder from the CAIA Association, CFA Level 1 and II from the CFA Institute, and FRM Level 1 and II from the Global Association of Risk Professionals. Sanjey also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Financial Mathematics from the University of Johannesburg and completed Matric at Thistle Grove Combined.
