Sean Coetzee

Sean Coetzee is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in various programming roles. Currently, Sean is employed at Sanlam Investments as a Software Developer since January 2020, following a tenure as a Senior Java Developer at DeARX, where deployment was to FNB in Cape Town. Prior experience includes a return to Sanlam Investments as a Senior Java Developer from September 2012 to April 2019, and a leadership role as Development Team Lead at STANLIB from May 2006 to September 2012. Sean's earlier career includes positions as a Senior Programmer at TrenStar and a Programmer role at RCI. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Zoology from Nelson Mandela University, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and completed Matric at Alexander Road High School from 1990 to 1994.
