Ashleigh Dietrich

Ashleigh Dietrich is a seasoned professional in internal auditing with extensive experience in risk management and client relations. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Auditor at Sanlam since July 2023, Ashleigh previously held various roles at KPMG South Africa from January 2019 to July 2023, including Supervisor and Senior Internal Auditor, where duties involved mentoring junior staff and reviewing their work. Ashleigh began a career in internal auditing as a trainee in IARCS, taking on responsibilities such as documenting client processes, analyzing risks, and designing audit procedures. Prior to this, Ashleigh gained foundational experience as a Tax Intern at Baker Tilly Greenwoods Chartered Accountants, focusing on tax return checks. Ashleigh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Internal Auditing from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, obtained in 2018.
