Leon Naidoo

Leon Naidoo has extensive experience in the financial services sector, having served in various leadership roles at Sanlam from May 2005 to May 2023. As Chief Operating Officer and Head of New Business: Savings, Leon was instrumental in managing the operating model for Savings and negotiating service level agreements with providers. Additionally, Leon's expertise in client solutions involved analyzing market segments, designing Client Value Propositions, and overseeing marketing strategies to enhance product offerings. Leon also held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Sanlam Home Loans from May 2005 to May 2010. Leon's educational background includes an Executive Leadership and Strategy degree from GIBS Business School and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
