Samantha Young

Samantha Young is an experienced professional in sustainability reporting and client relations, currently holding the position of Specialist: Sustainability Reporting at Sanlam since September 2020. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at Sanlam in various capacities, including Client Relations Specialist for Sanlam Integrated Solutions and Assistant Sustainability Coordinator. Samantha co-founded and served as Director at ZY Holdings (Pty) Ltd from 2014 to 2019. Earlier career experience includes roles at Absa Group and Standard Bank Group, where Samantha was involved in executive assistance and compliance. Academically, Samantha is pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainable Development at the University of Sussex and holds an International Diploma in Environmental Management from NEBOSH, among other qualifications in environmental management, leadership, and acting.
