Thobeka Bam

Thobeka Bam has extensive experience in human capital management, currently serving as the Executive: Human Capital at Sanlam Fintech and previously as Human Capital Lead for Sanlam Indie since August 2022. Prior experience at Sanlam includes HR Manager roles at Glacier by Sanlam and Sanlam Emerging Markets, along with a position as Senior Consultant for Employment Equity, spanning from December 2014 to April 2022. Earlier career stages include HR Manager at Clicks Group from February 2014 to November 2014 and Divisional HR Manager at Ackermans from April 2009 to November 2013. Thobeka Bam holds a National Diploma and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, as well as a BComm Honours in Business Management, all from the University of South Africa.
