Cindy Ludick

Cindy Ludick is an experienced Human Capital Manager who has worked at SanlamAllianz since September 2023. Prior to that, Cindy held the same position at Sanlam for over 22 years. Cindy has expertise in aligning HR strategy with business goals, implementing HR policies, managing Employment Equity and HIV & AIDS strategies. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Human Resources Management and has completed Management Development and Coaching programmes.
