Ray Lavalette

Ray Lavalette is an experienced manufacturing and materials management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing and Director of Materials at Sanmina since May 2015, Ray has previously held significant roles including Materials Manager at Southwest Microwave and Purchasing/Logistics Manager at Gestamp Solar, where responsibilities included managing supply chain processes and SAP implementations. Earlier positions also include Materials Manager at HVVi Semiconductors Inc, where Ray achieved cost reductions through effective negotiation, and various managerial roles at Sanmina-SCI and TTM Technologies, overseeing manufacturing operations and production control. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing/CAD from the University of Advancing Technology.
