Sushant Malwade

Sushant Malwade is a Manufacturing Engineer at Sanmina, with a background in optimizing manufacturing processes for medical and non-medical products. Since June 2021, Sushant has led improvements in system integration, root cause analysis, and process documentation to enhance efficiency and quality. Previous experiences include a role as a Research Project Associate at The Research Foundation for SUNY, where Sushant conducted collaborative research with Sanmina Corporation and Binghamton University, and a Design Engineer position at Easy Cool, managing HVAC system projects. Sushant holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Binghamton University and a Master of Science in the same field, in addition to a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
