Clare Clarke has worked in a variety of roles in the media industry since 2015. In 2015, they were a News Writer at The Boar, where they were awarded best news article of the year and two front page covers. In 2018, they worked at PA Media as an Elections Coverage, NCTJ Gold Standard, and Newsroom Intern, where they investigated London knife and gun crime and related gang activity. In 2019, they worked at The Times as a Freelancer for the Foreign Desk and at PA Media as a Shift Worker for the News Desk. Additionally, they were a Founder at The Panoptic, where they managed a team of section editors and over 75 writers. Most recently, they have worked at Sano Genetics as a Product Manager, UX Manager, Community Manager, and Marketing Consultant. In their roles, they have led an effort to expand into multiple countries, conducted UX interviews with patients and users, improved patient experience with at-home DNA Testing, developed patient communities in the regulated medical industry, provided support to over 1k patients, and improved UX of DNA Testing - design and logistics.

Clare Clarke completed their Bachelor's Degree in History at the University of Warwick from 2014 to 2017. In 2017, they attended the Summer Programme at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in International Relations and Affairs. In 2018, they obtained a MPhil in World History from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from IDEO U, Yoga Alliance, Muck Rack, University of Warwick, and WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust. These certifications include Human-Centered Service Design, Yoga Instructor Certification - 200 HR, Fundamentals of Media Relations, Undergraduate Research Support Scheme Bursary, The Undergraduate Research Support Scheme, and Level 2 Wine - Merit.
